It's Mastin - and I am all nestled down in Ojai, CA with Jenna for ringing in the New Year! We came up here so that we could get super creative at the beginning of the year - get out of LA and I can focus on finishing my book for Hay House!

I've been working one-on-one with people for years - and have created an awesome life for myself. I didn't do this through the "normal" process of goal setting. I've set TONS of goals and not followed through.
